The bright purple flowers are dusty now and there are piles of brown leaves everywhere, with the occasional bright red pile hidden under the shortest trees.

There's something about the coming of winter that makes me feel this bout of loveliness. Like everyone else, everywhere else, that is. I'd trudge a little more and risk the "probability of all emo"- bashing, and say- it's almost violently lovely.

People around me, here in college, strut about shouting the colours of fall and slowly creep into exclaiming how 'depressing' the time between the first snow fall and the first snow storm is. Despite all its untidiness, glumness and droopiness, walking about between these two weeks is something I look forward to. There's something about almost reaching into your backpack for your umbrella, wanting to run up to grab your gloves, wishing that you had put on that extra layer and then deciding against it all. Maybe it has something to do with that white sheer that carpets all the green till 7:55am ( and that glimmering sparkle at 5 am at home) every morning with the thrill of stuffing your hands into your coat pockets on your walk to class. But, definitely, a lot of it has to do with that second between two gushes of wind spatting your face, when you feel nothing but pure sun.

More and most importantly::

I think that even if Harry Potter 7 is an exceptionally bad film, everyone will still be vomiting everywhere about its brilliance. The key words are- "even if" (?)
